Roscrea Class of 1964 celebrate Golden Jubilee

Written by AMASC IRELAND. Posted in Newsletter.

Thanks to the wonderful organisational skills of Iseult Broglio (née O'Rahily) and Helen Byrne (née Mangan), 15 from the Roscrea Class of 1964 arrived in the Malton Hotel, Killarney for a two night stay to celebrate their Golden Jubilee.  It was a great opportunity to reminisce and exchange many memorable events but most importantly it was an endorsement of the deep friendships made during those years in Roscrea.   Those who were unable to come along sent messages of congratulations and regret that they could not join us.  The venue was excellent and provided activities to meet all our tastes with lots of fun and laughter.

50 years later we were still able to sing the school song and we each not only took home warm memories of our time together but also our school crest beautifully framed by Iseult.
